Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and track new tender opportunities in both public and private sectors.
• Collect and review tender documents to ensure compliance with requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments to gather supporting information and certifications.
• Prepare, compile, and submit tender bids before deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records of tenders submitted, status updates, and outcomes.
• Ensure company documentation (certificates, CR12, tax compliance, etc.) is up to date.
• Support post-award documentation and follow-up processes.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Diploma or Degree in Procurement, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in tender preparation and submission.
• Strong understanding of procurement laws, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PDF) and online tender platforms.
